What people ask most

Are prices with or without VAT?

All prices are excluding VAT. Unbiqai s.r.o. is not registered for VAT, so the listed amount is also the final amount.

What does the one-off implementation cover?

Deploying your instance, importing your material catalogue and suppliers, connecting your mailbox, configuring templates and phases to match your process, and training your team. Without it the system would just sit there for the first month.

What happens if I exceed the project limit?

Nothing gets switched off. We reach out and offer either the next tier or an add-on pack. The limits exist so a smaller company does not pay for scale it never uses.

Does the app send orders on its own?

No, and that is deliberate. The app prepares the draft, fills in recipients, subject and body, and puts it in the approval queue. Sending is always a human click — with orders worth hundreds of thousands you do not want it any other way.

How long does onboarding take?

Typically two weeks for Light, three to four for Pro, and for Premium it depends on how fast we get access to your systems. Customers usually have their first project in the system within the first week.

Who owns the data?

You do. Projects, emails and commercial data remain yours and you can export them at any time. We only touch them to the extent needed to run and support the service.
