From the contact form we process your name, email and — optionally — company and phone, together with the content of your message.

During an ordinary visit we process technical data needed to deliver the page, such as your IP address in the server log. We run no advertising or profiling trackers and use no marketing cookies.

Form data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering your enquiry, or on the basis of pre-contractual negotiation.

Technical data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in running the site securely and reliably.

The site runs at a hosting provider and form emails are delivered by an email infrastructure provider. These act as processors and handle the data solely on our instructions.

We do not sell data and do not pass it on for third-party marketing.

Form messages are kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry, and then for no more than three years in case of follow-up.

Server logs are kept on the order of weeks.

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing, to data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest.
